Chef Gregory Andren graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute, New York in 2002 and has been studying and designing food from around the globe since. We are excited to have Chef Gregory on our team and have already witnessed his talent to design beautiful, trendy, fresh and delicious food. Chef Gregory focuses on recipes that bring Fresh and Local fare to the table. We are excited that Chef Gregory identifies with the creative freedom Prohibition has as a true Gastropub to bring many culinary genre together in a creative arena of beautiful and delicious food.
